Towering floor-to-ceiling view windows frame the breathtaking landscape surrounding you, bringing the beauty of the outdoors inside. A gas fireplace with a rock chimney provides warmth and atmosphere to enhance your evenings.
For those who enjoy a little friendly competition, a pool table beckons from one corner, promising hours of fun and laughter. And just around the corner awaits a spacious dining area, where an 8-person table is set, ready to host gatherings and feasts. The kitchen, a culinary enthusiast's dream, boasts a Commercial Gas Range with a built-in cast iron flattop, ensuring there's plenty of room for multiple chefs to collaborate and create culinary delights. With an array of serving plates, bowls, pots, pans, and dishes at your disposal, your inner chef can truly shine. And, if you need extra space to dine, the pool table can ingeniously convert into a second dining room table, accommodating another eight guests comfortably.
Take a step outside and savor the spectacular views of the golf course from your back deck. Here, a gas grill stands ready for barbecuing adventures, and a private hot tub invites you to unwind beneath the starry sky. After dark, gather around the gas firepit and relish the tranquility of this quiet and peaceful neighborhood. However, please be mindful of the community's rules regarding the golf course. Guests are not permitted to enter the golf course unless they are playing golf through the resort. No bikes, scooters, yard games, or similar activities are allowed on the golf course.
Inside Lazy Bear Lodge, you'll find ample room for multi-generational family get-togethers or vacations with friends. With six bedrooms and three bathrooms, there's space for everyone to relax comfortably.
On the main level, you'll discover two bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for restful nights. Both bedrooms feature a king-size bed, a shared bathroom with a large whirlpool tub. The main bedroom boasts a gas fireplace, and a walkout to the deck, providing a cozy retreat with access to the outdoors. The second bedroom has two king-size beds.
A private suite awaits on the opposite side of the lodge, above the garage. Here, you can escape to quiet privacy with a king-size bed, gas fireplace, a full bathroom, and a convenient kitchenette. It's the perfect sanctuary for those seeking solitude and relaxation.
Venture upstairs, and you'll find a second living room, complete with a TV, and two bedrooms, each furnished with two queen beds. These rooms share a full bathroom equipped with a tub and shower.
For the younger members of your group or the young at heart, the downstairs game room promises endless entertainment. With two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a big-screen TV, a foosball table, and classic arcade games featuring Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, and an Xbox, there's no shortage of fun to be had. Just off the game room, you'll discover the laundry area.
